We're very happy to announce that after 2 months liveConsultant beta phase is over and that we're going "live". We would like to thank all our beta-testers and clients who helped us polishing our application. We'll keep improving it all the time and there is a lot of cool features like voice-chats etc. coming soon.

After one and half year I can finally say these words - "we've finished!" (or let's say "almost", because this is just the beginning). As you probably already know our latest application is something slightly different from flash video-genre. This time we have prepared a true desktop application designed for all people running their own e-business. Our liveConsultant is in fact a web-chat which enables real-time communication with visitors browsing your website. You can chat with your customers, invite them to into conversations, find out where they came from etc.

Below you'll find some new screenshots from the latest version. As you can see a lot of things has changed since the preview 5 months ago. We have rebuild a lot of elements, we've got html based text-area, new google-maps, etiquettes with flags and thousands of other things.

Now we need your help - we cannot test all by ourselves. This is why we start open beta today. Anyone can test our application and service absolutely for free and all we ask for in return is your feedback (and bug reports! :>)
