Before you can actually start using liveConsultant you will have to visit client panel first.

In client panel you will be notified about lack of assign domain to your account (if you for example haven't taken a test period) and that there are no active consultants available.

In order to assign a domain to the application you will have to visit domain managment in client Panel.
To create your consultant accounts please check consultant management in client panel.

Next make sure to set proper time zone in main settings.

Right after completing steps above we can start the installation of the a desktop application (known as liveConsultant Console), but before we can do that we must make sure that Adobe AIR environment is working on our computer:

Now when AIR is ready we can start the final step. First you will have to download the program our client application: Please download liveConsultant Console and follow the guide included in the installer.

Now we can log in to our application - make sure to use username and password from one of your consultants (not your main account). You'll have to specify your client's ID, which you can find in client panel.
